The Elf Wallet program is perfect for parents/guardians that do not want to send their child to school with cash/check when they shop in Natalie's Elf Shelf Holiday Store. They will go online and upload funds to their child account.
The Elf Wallet form will be sent home with every child. The form has directions and information on how to upload funds for their child to shop. The form must be brought back and presented at checkout. If the child does misplace their form. No worries! The volunteers can look it up on the back end of our cash register app to verify.
Yes! They will get a receipt emailed to them immediately.
The Elf wallet program is free to the school but there is a small transaction fee to the parents. We only charge a flat processing fee of $1.50 per transaction. No matter how much you upload. It will only be $1.50!
Yes, the chairperson can look up all transactions on our online register app. Reports can be downloaded in Excel or PDF format. Login information is e-mailed to the chairperson 1 month prior to the store starting.

No! Elf Wallet is only a service that we offer to our schools. If your school does not want to participate in our Elf Wallet Program. Please opt out when asked on our 2024 Sign-Up form.
No! We do not give refunds with our Elf Wallet Program. We ask that every child spend all of their money in the store that their family member uploaded for them. (This will be communicated with every school before the store starts as well as printed on every Elf Wallet Form sent home.)
The online cash register app will show on the back end which kids have not redeemed all of their gift certificates for 2024. We ask that the volunteers make sure all of the students at their school have spent all of the funds that their parents/guardians uploaded for them before the store closes.
*Please Remember: We are a seasonal business and only come to the school 1 time a year. The only way Natalie's Elf Shelf Holiday Store will issue a refund is if a child was sick and did not get to shop at all.
