Yes, The Elf Shelf Holiday Store takes back all leftover merchandise! The PTA/PTO/school is never out any money with The Elf Shelf Holiday Shop.
No! The Elf Shelf Holiday Store pays for ALL shipping cost.
No! The Elf Shelf Holiday Shop NEVER requires you to count inventory. That is why we provide our online cash register app. Login information will be emailed to the chairperson 30 days before the store starts.
The gift items range from $0.50-$11.00 with 75% of the items being under $6.00. (Please see pricing section for more details)
Yes! We overnight all re-orders through Fed-Ex as long as you submit your re-order form by 12:00 CST! The re-order can be placed through our register app or on our website.
If you cancel before October 5, 2024 there is NO cancellation fee. If you cancel after October 5,2024 there is a $500 cancellation fee. Please remember when your school signs up. We immediately reserve merchandise for your school.
Yes! We have the BEST supplies in the holiday shop business. We offer 5 different gift bags, parent letters, gift envelopes, tablecloths, elf aprons/elf hats for the volunteers, posters, banners, social media images, online cash register etc.

Yes! We offer both. The online register is the BEST and EASIEST option. Real registers are VERY limited and will be given out on a first come first serve basis. (See the cash register app section for more details)
Yes! The Elf Wallet program is perfect for parents/guardians that do not want to send their child to school with cash when they shop in Natalie's Elf Shelf Holiday Store. Parents/guardians will go online and upload funds to their child account. The chairperson will be able to track all eWallet sales through our online cash register app. The reports will show the student name,amount,gift card code, amount redeemed and remaining balances. Yes! We offer multiple different bonus options. If your school signs up before September 1,2024. They will get to choose 2 bonuses for signing up early. (See the bonus section for more details)
Yes! We have new gift items every year!
Yes! We offer elf bucks for the kids that can't afford to shop in our Elf Shelf Holiday Shoppe! (Elf Bucks must be chosen as a bonus)
We require the store to be ran 3-5 days during school hours. We also allow night events as long as you run the store 3-5 days during school hours. We do not allow 1 day events unless approved by Natalie's Elf Shelf.
Yes, all of our gift items are CPSIA Compliant!
We let the PTA/PTO/School choose their profit. Whatever, your organization decides to mark the store up to (0%-30%). Is the profit your school gets to keep. Please remember Natalie's Elf Shelf is more of a service project for the students and not a large fundraiser. The online cash register app will be pre-programmed and ready to go with the % you choose.
Natalie's Elf Shelf Holiday Store qualifies as a service project/give back for your school as long as you choose (0%-10%).
