Yes, you can add as many cashiers as you would like. Once, you add them they will receive a e-mail with steps how to login. Natalie's Elf Shelf favorite feature is you can even set certain roles for different volunteers. Ex. Chairperson- Administrator (Access to everything) / Volunteer you just met can be set strictly to "cashier." (They will not be able to see any back end information.)

Cash, Checks, Elf Wallet- works just like a gift card. If your school accepts checks. Please have parents/guardians make checks payable to your school.

Once, Natalie's Elf Shelf Holiday Store is complete you will submit your billing form through our online register. The invoice will be emailed to you within 1-2 business days. We take 2 forms of payment, ACH or Check.

Yes, you will submit your Fed-Ex label request through the online register and the return shipping labels will be e-mailed to you directly.
