Yes, on the back end of the online register you will be able to see redeemed Elf Wallets and balances left on each student account. (We just integrated the Elf Wallet program into our online cash register this year.)

Yes, you can add as many cashiers as you would like. Once, you add them they will receive a e-mail with steps how to login. Natalie's Elf Shelf® favorite feature is you can even set certain roles for different volunteers. Ex. Chairperson- Administrator (Access to everything) / Volunteer you just met can be set strictly to "cashier." (They will not be able to see any back end information.)

Cash, Checks, Elf Wallet- works just like a gift card and new for 2025 you can take credit/debit card at checkout as well!  If your school accepts checks. Please have parents/guardians make checks payable to your school.

Yes, you will have to have access to either WiFi or the internet to run Natalie's Elf Shelf®  Holiday Store online cash register.

Yes, we do offer Verizon WiFi packs. If your school has poor internet service and needs one.  Please request for one when you sign up for 2025. It will run multiple devices and cover up to 1500 Sq ft. There will be a $50 fee added to your invoice at the end of the store for the WiFi Pack.  WiFi Packs are shipped with the store and a return shipping label will be provided. 

Yes, you can place a re-order through our online cash register.

Once, Natalie's Elf Shelf® Holiday Store is complete you will submit your billing form through our online register. The invoice will be emailed to you within 1-2 business days. We take 2 forms of payment, ACH or Check.

Yes, you will submit your Fed-Ex label request through the online register and the return shipping labels will be e-mailed to you directly.
