Since 1989, Natalie’s Holiday Shop Program has partnered with educators and parents to give elementary-age students a meaningful, real-life learning experience. The program teaches lessons in generosity, budgeting, and money management, while allowing children to shop independently and secretly for gifts that will surprise their family and friends.

Natalie’s Holiday Shops makes it easy for schools to host a successful holiday shop. We ship all gift items directly to the school, and volunteers or school administrators simply set up the store on campus.

There is no upfront cost—we cover all shipping and supplies. Schools enjoy high-quality gift items, free supplies, and exclusive bonuses, making Natalie’s Elf Shelf® one of the best holiday shop programs in the industry.

We introduce new gift items every year, and many are custom-designed by our “Head Elf,” Natalie, ensuring a fresh, festive selection students love.

How it Works

STEP 1: Sign up on our website...

Choose your Dates and Mark-Up /0%-10% Service Project 20%-30% Mini Fundraiser

STEP 2: Promotional Kit Arrives...

1-2 Boxes (Arrives Mid-October)

Includes Full color Office/Hallway Posters, Parent Letters (English/Spanish), Gift Guide Envelopes, eWallet letters, chairperson handbook, Online Cash Register Login Info, Training Videos and more!

STEP 3: Shop Arrives...

Soon, as your shop ships the chairperson is notified via text/e-mail and Fed-Ex tracking information sent. All Free Supplies & gift items arrive together! Please make sure and watch all training videos before you start to setup your store.

STEP 4: Close Shop and Pack Up...

Complete all online closing forms and ship unsold gifts back to us!

Prepaid Fed-Ex return labels will be provided to you. Invoice is sent within 24 hours.
