What is eWallet?

No more cash lost in backpacks! 🎒

eWallet works just like a gift card. At Natalie’s Holiday Shops, kids shop without carrying cash. Family and friends can easily add funds online, and students use their eWallet to choose their own gifts. It’s convenient, simple, and secure.

What happens if my student doesn’t use the entire eWallet balance?

Any remaining balance at the end of the shop will be credited back to the school as a 100% donation. If a parent would prefer a refund of the unused balance, no problem — we’re happy to help with that.

What if I have more than one child at the school?

You can purchase a separate eWallet for each student enrolled at the school.

Do I need to send the gift guide envelope with my child filled out?

Yes, please fill out the gift envelope provided and send it back to school with your child.

What happens if I upload eWallet funds for my child and they lose their gift guide envelope.

No worries! School volunteers can easily look up your student’s Elf Wallet at checkout.

What will appear on my credit card statement?

Your credit card statement will show Natalie’s Holiday Shops.
